Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in charge nursing and experience with patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings.
- Assist in the management of patient care teams and oversee charge responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care accurately in the charting system.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent experience as an RN in relevant specialties.
- Ohio RN license or compact license must be active at the time of submission.
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS must be active and in hand.
- Prior experience with community hospitals, LTAC, or trauma levels is preferred.
- Reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required.
