Job Requirements

• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at the time of submission
• Minimum of 18 months of recent combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the last 12 months
• Ability to successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate during orientation
• Must meet travel nurse compliance requirements and provide all required documentation at submission

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to telemetry patients in a fast-paced medical-surgical setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Assess patients, administer medications, and document care accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, effective patient outcomes
• Maintain strong patient safety, communication, and infection prevention practices
• Deliver compassionate nursing care while supporting the needs of a night-shift schedule
