RadHealth+ is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – MS/Telemetry

Location: Winston-Salem, NC 27103
Shift: Nights, 3 × 12-hour shifts

Shift Timing: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Required Certifications

Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS)
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

Preferred Certification:

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
At least 1 year of direct Med-Surg experience specifically documented in work history.
At least 2 successfully completed travel assignments.
Med-Surg and neuroscience patient-care experience.
IV starts and telemetry monitoring.
Interpretation and management of cardiac dysrhythmias.
Experience caring for stroke and other neurological patients.
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to float and work every other weekend.
