Night shifts, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30), with every other weekend required.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our MS/Telemetry team during night shifts. This role is situated in a fast-paced, high-volume environment focusing on medical/surgical telemetry patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to a variety of medical/surgical telemetry patients.
- Ensure proper monitoring and management of patients’ conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting in Epic.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Participate in weekend and holiday shifts as required.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN license in Maryland or Compact state.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
- BLS, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required; ACLS preferred.
- Experience with patient ratios of 1:5 days and 1:4 weekends.
- Ability to manage a variety of medical conditions in an acute care setting.
