Join a leading healthcare provider as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Garfield Heights, OH. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and progress accurately and timely.

Requirements:

• Must have 12 months of permanent Med Surg/Telemetry experience.
• MUST HAVE PERMANENT OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.
• AHA BLS & ACLS certification required.
• MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start.
• ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Charge RN references accepted.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
