Join our team as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) in Garfield Heights, OH! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RN looking to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide high-quality patient care in a contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Ohio RN license or a compact state license in hand.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• 12 months of recent experience in Med Surg/Telemetry nursing is mandatory.
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start.
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required for submission. Charge RN references are accepted.
• Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation, with acceptable scores required.

This position offers a day shift, working 3 twelve-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30. Options for 4x12s, 3x12s, or 2x12s may also be available. Please note that all start dates, scheduling information, and shift details must be confirmed at the time of submission, as these cannot be changed after an offer is presented.
