As an MS/Tele Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on medical-surgical patients. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, and you will be expected to float across all facilities as needed. We value flexibility and adaptability in our nursing staff.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing care for observation patients, respiratory conditions, general medical-surgical diagnoses, palliative care, end-of-life care, hospice patients, psychiatric observation, and diabetic patients.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring patient progress and reporting changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Current RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to pass an EKG exam during onboarding.
• Previous Charge RN experience preferred.
