Contract | Rotating Shifts (Days and Nights available) | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Day: 7:00–19:00 / Night: 19:00–7:00

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical and Telemetry setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including telemetry readings, and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float within the hospital and, if needed, to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius based on staffing needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA only)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA only)
• Availability to work every other holiday
• Willingness to float within the hospital and to nearby sister facilities as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• Two supervisor references preferred at time of submission
