This MS/Telemetry Float RN assignment in St. Louis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who is comfortable caring for diverse adult and geriatric populations across multiple inpatient specialties.
You'll work in a Short-Term Acute Care environment with Epic charting, manageable patient ratios, free parking, no on-call requirement, and comprehensive interdisciplinary support.
