We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Med Surg and Telemetry for a contract position in St. Louis, MO. This role is ideal for RNs looking to make a difference in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Float between medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro units as needed.
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:5-6 for days and weekends, and 1:6 for nights.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotation obligations.
• Utilize lift devices, ceiling lifts, and bladder scanners (training provided).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience required.
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• IV start and Telemetry certification required.
• NIH certification preferred.
• No more than 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract.
• Must be able to float to all medical units as needed.

• Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks.
