Join our team as a Med Surg/Telemetry Float Registered Nurse in St. Louis, MO! This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment at a leading acute-care hospital. We are looking for dedicated RNs with a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Float between medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro units as needed.
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry settings.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards of care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience required.
Past EPIC experience strongly preferred.
Certifications required: BCLS, ACLS, IV start, and Telemetry.
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule minimum, plus holiday rotation obligation.
No more than 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract.
Pending License accepted.
