Join a leading acute-care hospital as an MS/Tele Float Registered Nurse in St. Louis, MO. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment with a focus on Med Surg and Telemetry specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Float between medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro units as needed.
• Maintain patient care ratios of 1:5-6 for days and weekends, and 1:6 for nights.
• Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience required.
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications required; IV start and Telemetry certifications required.
• Past EPIC experience strongly preferred.
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule minimum, plus holiday rotation obligation.
• No more than 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract.
• Open to first-time travelers.
• Pending licenses accepted.

Special Requirements:

• Familiarity with lift devices (training provided), ceiling lifts, and bladder scanners.
