Join a leading healthcare provider as a Med Surg/Telemetry Float Registered Nurse in St. Louis, MO. This is an exciting opportunity for RNs looking to expand their skills in a dynamic environment. As part of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care while floating between various medical units, including renal, oncology, neuro, and cardiology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Float between medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro units as needed.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC charting.

Requirements:

• 2 years of RN experience required.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications required; IV start and Telemetry experience required.
• Weekend commitment: Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule minimum, plus holiday rotation obligation.
• Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Pending licenses accepted.
• RTO restrictions: No more than 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract.
