Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Olympia, Washington.
Job Description & Requirements

Requirements
- Charge Nurse experience required
- US nursing experience required
- Cardiac Step-Down experience ideal but not required
- MS/Tele Float experience preferred
- EPIC charting
Role Details
- Floats throughout the institution based on staffing needs
- Patient population may include ER-boarded patients, telemetry, Med/Surg, and other areas
- May include charge responsibilities
- Charge duties apply primarily to two small units, typically staffed with 1–2 RNs plus LPNs/CNAs
- Charge responsibilities include staffing coordination, bed flow, and general unit coordination
- 48-hour contracts: Must be approved by the manager before offering
