GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Olympia, Washington.
Join our dedicated team as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Olympia, WA! We are seeking a skilled RN with experience in MS/Tele Float and cardiac step down to provide exceptional patient care. This is a contract position with a focus on flexibility and teamwork, allowing you to float to various units as needed.
Your responsibilities will include caring for a diverse patient population, ranging from ER boarded patients to those in telemetry and med surg. The nurse-to-patient ratio varies from 1:4 to 1:6, depending on unit acuity. While charge nurse experience is ideal, it is not a strict requirement. However, some charge responsibilities may apply on smaller units where the sole RN functions as the Charge Nurse, managing staffing needs, bed flow, and general coordination.
To qualify for this role, candidates must have experience working as an RN in the US; Canadian experience alone will not be sufficient. Please consult with the manager before offering any 48-hour/week contracts.
