Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.

Certifications Requirements:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year ER experience.
  • Experience with Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing.
  • Prior work in a hospital setting.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid nursing license in Iowa.
  • Ability to work night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes.
