Job Summary:
MRI Technologist position available at a healthcare provider in an acute care setting. The role involves performing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures in a hospital environment, with responsibilities including working on Siemens MRI scanners, starting IVs, and providing patient care. The position includes rotating weekend and holiday shifts, with a diverse team covering inpatient and outpatient services.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM; or alternatively, four 10-hour days from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with call rotation.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), BLS (American Heart Association); Education: ARRT certification; Location: candidates must have worked in a hospital setting or clinic; Experience: 1 year of MRI experience with Siemens MRI; Must have experience with Siemens MRI; License to submit: Yes;
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cerner electronic medical record system and Siemens PACS; previous work with a healthcare organization is a plus.
- Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The department performs a wide range of imaging procedures, including trauma imaging. Up to one week of orientation is provided. Clinicians must note if they have previously worked for Marshfield and must have an end date at least 6 months prior if applicable. All clinicians are required to clock in and out at the facility. Candidates must be within 80 miles of the facility; the client rate is reduced by a specified amount.
