Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. This opportunity offers a weekend schedule, competitive weekly pay, and the chance to work in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Position Details

- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- 36 Hours Per Week

Compensation
- Travel Pay Package: Up to $2,287 per week
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and facility protocols
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images to support patient diagnosis
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
- Operate MRI equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
Qualifications
- Current ARRT (MR) Certification
- Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Minimum two years of acute care MRI experience required
- Experience as an MRI Lead preferred
- High School Diploma required
- Diploma from an accredited School of Radiology required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare preferred

The MRI Technologist uses magnetic resonance imaging scanners and related equipment to capture specific images ordered by a physician to aid in patient diagnosis.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in the radiology field
- Registered with the ARRT; if required by state regulations or contract specification.
- One (1) one year of experience in related field preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
