Job Summary:
The MRI Technologist position is based in Nashville, Tennessee. The role involves performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures in a trauma or tertiary care facility, utilizing advanced imaging equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring patient safety and delivering high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, approximately 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ARRT (MR) certification with a minimum of 1 year MRI inpatient experience in a Trauma or Tertiary care facility.
• Additional Qualifications: Experience with Siemens Aera 1.5T, Siemens Sola 1.5T, and GE Architect 3T MRI systems; knowledge of advanced MRI safety exams including MRE, Prostate, Rectal, Pediatrics, Anesthesia, Pacemakers, NICU, Liver procedures.
• Responsibilities: Conducting MRI scans, adhering to safety guidelines, utilizing Siemens, GE, and other advanced imaging equipment, and following unit-specific policies and documentation procedures.
• Schedule: Nights, 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: MRI safety leadership is recognized within the division. The position offers an opportunity to work with advanced technology and experienced staff in a busy hospital unit.
