Job Details:
The job description for the SF MRI Technician position requires or prefers the following credentials and qualifications: 1. **License/Certification Verification**: Required for submission. 2. **Ascension Core Competencies**: Required for onboarding. 3. **Professional Onboarding Documents**: Includes the Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding and Education Attestation, and an Ascension Badge Photo, all required for onboarding. 4. **Personal Health History**: Includes MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine (optional), PPD/X-Ray/TB Questionnaire (optional), Health Statement, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA, Varicella, and Tdap, most required for onboarding. 5. **Professional Identification and References**: Driver's License/State ID, Ascension Profile, and 2 Professional References are required for submission. 6. **Background Checks and Screening**: Includes Ascension Criminal Background Check Results, Ascension EPLS, and Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen, required for onboarding. 7. **Professional and Education Verification**: Includes Ascension Education and Employment Verification, required for onboarding. 8. **Optional Documents**: Hiring Manager Evaluation and Ascension Name Change Document. 9. **Certifications and Licenses**: License/Certificate Verification is required.
