Contract | 13 Weeks | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine MRI and MRA exams including Body Imaging, MSK Imaging, and Neuro Imaging
- Administer contrast injections and perform IV access as required
- Operate a Signa Explorer 1.5T MRI system, maintaining expected patient throughput of approximately 1 patient every 45 minutes
- Document patient information and imaging data using Meditech, GE PACS, and Intelerad systems
- Collaborate with a small team consisting of one clerical staff member and one MRI technologist in an outpatient setting with occasional ER add-on cases
- Adhere to facility dress code requirements (grey scrubs)
Required Qualifications
- ARRT MRI Registry certification required
- Current CPR certification required
- Minimum of 2–3 years of MRI technologist experience
- IV training and demonstrated ability to perform contrast injections
- Proficiency with MRI documentation and PACS systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Signa Explorer 1.5T MRI equipment
- Familiarity with Meditech, GE PACS, and/or Intelerad platforms
- Experience in an outpatient or ambulatory imaging environment
- Comfort working in a small, self-sufficient team setting
