Must-Have: - Ability and demonstrated competence in IV insertion and contrast injection. - Ability to assimilate new procedures into work routine. Description: Performs MRI studies under the direction of a radiologist and oversight of a senior MRI Technologist. Interacts with imaging staff, nursing, physicians, patients, and visitors. Acts as a resource person for MRI technical issues and demonstrates competence according to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols. Operates MRI and related equipment. Prepares scan room equipment, supplies, and medications. Maintains images and archives associated with patient data. Handles other duties as assigned.
