Bill Rate: 122 before fees
Class/Area: MRI/RAD- outpatient
Start Date: asap-11/9, or 11/16
Ori Schedule: Mon 8hr day shift, rest of schedule TBD during supervisor on Monday
Non-Billable Ori: n/a- orientation is billable
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): 3 12hr day shifts, variable days of the week including weekends
Weekend Requirement: may be scheduled up to every weekend
Holiday Requirement: as needed- clinic is closed on major holidays
Floating Requirement: may float between inpatient and outpatient
On-Call Requirement: none
Experience Requirement: 3+ years of recent experience in inpatient setting, recent experience with Siemens 1.5 and 3T equipment, and travel experience. Must have experience with cardiac cases
Experience Preferred: 5+ years of experience
License/ Certification Requirement: ARRT MRI certification or ARMRIT and BLS
Client Specific Notes: Free housing for 1 occupant, Pet units are not available. Up to 14 days of RTO may be requested including max of 4 weekend shifts. All RTO must be requested at time of submittal. Candidate's permanent residence must be 50+ miles outside of Fairbanks.
