Specialty: MRI Tech. Shift: 4x10 from 10:30 to 20:30, specifically Tuesday to Friday. No call, no weekends, no holidays. First-time travelers are accepted. Skills required include Adult Acute Care, Adult ICU, and Adult Outpatient experience. Experience with ER/Trauma, Pediatric Acute Care, and Pediatric Outpatient is needed. Proficiency in abdomen, female pelvis, male pelvis, chest, and brain imaging is required. Duties will include performing MR Aortogram, cervical, lumbar, and spinal trauma imaging. Skills in management, radiation safety, and starting peripheral IVs are necessary. Familiarity with GE systems, PACS, and various MRI techniques and procedures is expected. Candidates must be able to float between units.
