Description
Job Title: MRI Technician
Profession: MRI Technician
Specialty: MRI Technician
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday - Friday
Hours per Shift: 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM preferred or 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Experience: Minimum 3 years
License: NY state license with injection
Certifications: ARRT preferred or ARMRIT certified, BLS
Must-Have:
Must be proficient in routine MRI exams.
Ability to independently scan inpatients, ICU, and ER patients.
Experience working with a hospital size of 450 beds.
Familiarity with EMR Epic system.
Experience with 3T Siemens Skyra and 1.5T Siemens Symphony MRI scanners.
Description:
Responsible for performing routine MRI exams.
Involves scanning inpatients, ICU, and ER patients.
Not responsible for breast MRI, cardiac MRI, or prostate MRI.
Ability to handle different shifts including evenings.
BLS certification is required.
