Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures on an expected caseload of approximately 6-7 patients per day within a high-volume department averaging 40 patients daily
• Provide imaging support for a heavy neuro patient population, including spine, stroke, and head trauma cases, as well as student athletes
• Operate Siemens Sola and Verio MRI equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images
• Document and manage patient information using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with on-site radiologists, MRI techs, and tech assistants; may work independently as the sole MRI tech depending on shift
• Deliver excellent patient care with a positive, professional attitude throughout all interactions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute inpatient MRI experience
• Active BLS certification required
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required
• Experience with neuro imaging and acute inpatient care settings
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Kentucky state MRI license preferred
• Experience with Cerner EMR
• Familiarity with Siemens Sola and/or Verio MRI systems
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage solo MRI shifts when needed
