Key Responsibilities
Perform routine MRI and MRA exams including Body Imaging, MSK Imaging, and Neuro Imaging
Administer contrast injections and perform IV access as required
Operate a Signa Explorer 1.5T MRI system, maintaining expected patient throughput of approximately 1 patient every 45 minutes
Document patient information and imaging data using Meditech, GE PACS, and Intelerad systems
Collaborate with a small team consisting of one clerical staff member and one MRI technologist in an outpatient setting with occasional ER add-on cases
Adhere to facility dress code requirements (grey scrubs)
Required Qualifications
ARRT MRI Registry certification required
Current CPR certification required
Minimum of 2-3 years of MRI technologist experience
IV training and demonstrated ability to perform contrast injections
Proficiency with MRI documentation and PACS systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Signa Explorer 1.5T MRI equipment
Familiarity with Meditech, GE PACS, and/or Intelerad platforms
Experience in an outpatient or ambulatory imaging environment
Comfort working in a small, self-sufficient team setting
