**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Mother Baby Care!** **Job Description:** - Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse seeking to make a meaningful impact in the Mother Baby unit? - Join our dynamic team where you will: - Evaluate patients and assist physicians with exceptional patient care. - Plan, implement, and document tailored nursing care based on patients' unique needs. - Identify patient needs and establish priorities through comprehensive assessment and evaluation. - Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans through ongoing assessments. - Initiate assessments based on patient problems, physician’s medical diagnoses, and health frameworks. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to promote optimal patient health. - Manage the care of patients with dedication and professionalism. - Document care diligently based on established standards and practices. - Advocate for evidence-based care standards and support innovative practices in care delivery. - Provide centric care that aligns with your passion for nursing excellence. - Embrace additional duties and responsibilities as they arise. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Mother Baby care is required. - Proficiency in couplet care is essential. **Education:** - Required: Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN). - Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). **Certifications & Licensure:** - Required: - BLS certification (must be AHA). - NRP certification. - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. - AWHONN-Advanced or C-EFM certification (required for specific facilities). **Schedule:** - Evening shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM - 3 shifts per week - Every other weekend commitment - No on-call or float requirements --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
