Description
The Registered Nurse in the Mother Baby unit provides care for women during the postpartum period and their newborns. Responsibilities include monitoring patient recovery, educating families, and managing patient care based on individual needs. This position requires strong assessment skills and the ability to work within a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Work shifts typically include nights, with a focus on maintaining high patient satisfaction and safety. Ideal candidates will be BLS and NRP certified, with a commitment to excellence in maternal and newborn care.
