**Join Our Dynamic Mother-Baby Nursing Team!** - **Position**: Registered Nurse - Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum - **Specialty**: Caring for postpartum patients who do not require ICU-level care - **Shift Options**: - Night: 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) - Day: 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) - Rotating shifts available - **Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year of specialty experience - **First-Time Travelers**: Not accepted - **Certifications Needed**: - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - **License Requirements**: - Active RN License (state or compact) - **Unit Highlights**: - 32 beds dedicated to high-risk postpartum care - Work with antepartum patients skilled in fetal monitoring - Care for newborns (2000gm and above) including: - Late preterm infants - Substance-exposed newborns - Patients needing phototherapy - Patients on magnesium, insulin, and heparin drips - Utilize PCA & PCEA pumps - Provide breastfeeding support - **Patient Ratios**: - Typical ratios of 1:3 couplets or up to 6 patients - **Floating Requirements**: - May float to Labor & Delivery with fetal monitoring experience - No floating outside defined scope - **On-Call Requirements**: - Yes, as per unit needs - **Weekend Work**: - Required according to unit needs - **Charting System**: Epic - **Scrub Color**: Navy Blue **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
