**Join Our Dynamic Mother-Baby Nursing Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Registered Nurse - Mother Baby/Couplet Care/Post Partum - **Shift:** Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) - **Location:** Various days of the week - **Experience:** 1 year of specialty experience required - **First-time travelers:** Not accepted **Certification Requirements:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) **License:** - RN License (state or compact) **Clinical Duties:** - Care for postpartum patients requiring couplet care, not needing ICU-level support. - Provide care for high-risk patients, including: - Antepartum patients with fetal monitoring experience - Newborns not requiring NICU care (2000g and above, late preterm, substance-exposed newborns) - Administer specialized treatments as needed: - Phototherapy - Magnesium drips - Insulin drips - Heparin drips - PCA & PCEA pumps - Promote breastfeeding support for postpartum patients. **Unit Details:** - 32 beds - Typical patient ratios: 1:3 couplets or up to 6 patients. - Charting using Epic. **Additional Information:** - Weekend and call requirements based on unit needs - Floating may be required to Antepartum and L&D with fetal monitoring experience. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
