**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurses in Mother-Baby Care!** **Job Description:** - Position: Registered Nurse - Mother Baby/Couplet Care/Post Partum - Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) - Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of specialty experience - Certification Requirements: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - License: RN License (state or compact) - Floating: Not required within the facility - Call: Required based on unit needs - Weekend Requirement: Yes, as per unit needs - Typical Patient Ratios: 1:3 couplets or up to 6 patients - Unit Capacity: 32 beds - Charting System: Epic - Scrub Color: Navy Blue **Patient Population:** - Postpartum patients who do not require ICU level of care - High-risk patients - Antepartum patients with fetal monitoring experience - Newborns not needing NICU level of care - Includes late preterm infants - Substance-exposed newborns - Patients requiring phototherapy - Patients on magnesium, insulin, or heparin drips - Patients utilizing PCA & PCEA pumps **Support Provided:** - Comprehensive breastfeeding support for postpartum patients **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
