**Join Our Team as an RN in Mother-Baby/Couplet Care/Post Partum!** **Job Description:** - **Position**: RN Mother Baby/Couplet Care/Post Partum - **Shift**: Rotating, Various days of the week; Option for Nights Only - **Work Schedule**: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) or Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) - **Experience Required**: 1 year of specialty experience - **First-Time Travelers**: Not eligible - **Certifications**: BLS, NRP - **License**: Current RN License (state or compact) - **Floating**: Will not float - **On-Call Requirement**: Yes, per unit needs - **Weekend Requirement**: Yes, per unit needs - **Patient Ratios**: Typical ratios of 1:3 couplets, or up to 6 patients - **Unit Capacity**: 32 beds **Key Responsibilities:** - Care for postpartum patients who do not need ICU care - Manage a high-risk patient population - Experience with antepartum care & fetal monitoring - Provide support for newborn patients not requiring NICU care - Manage cases with: - 2000gm and above newborns - Late Preterm infants - Substance-exposed newborns - Phototherapy - Magnesium drips - Insulin drips - Heparin drips - PCA & PCEA pumps - Offer breastfeeding support to postpartum patients - Utilize Epic for charting - Maintain Navy Blue scrubs --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
