Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Postpartum Registered Nurse in Highlands Ranch, CO. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in the Mother-Baby Unit, providing exceptional care to new mothers and their infants. We are seeking dedicated professionals with a passion for maternal and infant health.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to postpartum patients in a couplet care setting.
Monitor and assess the health of mothers and newborns.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate families on postpartum care and infant care practices.

Requirements:

2 years of experience in Mother-Baby care required.
BLS and NRP certifications required (AHA).
Weekend availability as per unit needs.
On-call requirement: 2 call shifts per 6-week schedule.
Ability to float between like units based on facility needs.

Total Staffed Beds: 21
Charting Ratio: 1:6
Scrub Color: Provided
Local Rate: $83 for candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility.
