Join WCS Healthcare Partners as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit located in the vibrant city of Boston, MA. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a 20-bed Medical/Surgical ICU.
• Manage a variety of cases including Substance Abuse/Overdose, severe Psychiatric conditions, DKA, Sepsis, GI bleed, Respiratory Failure, Cardiac Arrest, Renal Failure, and Cardiogenic Shock.
• Collaborate with attendings and residents present in the ICU 24 hours/day.
• Float to Medical/Surgical Units as needed, managing up to 4 or 5 patients.
• Maintain telemetry competency and accurately read tele strips.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of continuous MICU experience.
• Active Massachusetts RN License.
• Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications.
• Competency in telemetry and ability to read tele strips.
• Willingness to work nights and every other weekend, with the possibility of rotating shifts.
