The Mental Health Technician provides direct support and assistance to adult psychiatric patients in an acute Psychiatric ICU setting. The role requires strong communication, observation, and de-escalation skills while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working with acute adult mental health/psychiatric patients
- Strong de-escalation skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Comfortable working with patients experiencing behavioral and psychiatric symptoms
