This position entails providing specialized patient care on a 20-bed Medical Surgical Telemetry unit, with a focus on respiratory conditions and post-surgical recovery. The role requires delivering continuous electronic heart and vital sign monitoring for patients with diverse and acute clinical needs, including trauma and level 1 trauma cases.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Certifications, applicable Education and Degree requirements, located within the required geographic area, and a minimum of 0 years of experience
  • Certifications: Epic experience and large, level 1 trauma experience required
  • Additional Information: The unit serves as the designated inpatient recovery unit for certain surgeries. Must have recent experience in an epic electronic health record system and trauma care. Responsibilities include continuous patient monitoring, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The position is a 26-week contract starting on 10/26/2026 and ending on 04/24/2027.
