Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse for a night shift position. This role involves working on a small 12-bed unit dedicated to lower acuity patients, primarily with MS/MS TELE patient populations. The position requires thorough clinical skills, adherence to unit staffing protocols, and passing a Tele test administered on the first day of orientation. The assignment is scheduled to begin on 10/05/2026 and will conclude on 01/02/2027, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, completion of Telemetry test (pass/fail on first attempt), ability to work nights, and must be separated from the employing organization for 6 or more months if previously employed in a permanent, per diem, or travel capacity.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in medical-surgical units with telemetry, strong clinical assessment skills, and familiarity with lower-acuity patient care.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The unit is staffed with 3 nurses and 1 nursing assistant. Telemetry testing will be administered on the first day of orientation. Failure to pass the Telemetry test may result in assignment termination.
