- Position Description: Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor; AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification; Acute care facility experience: Preferred; 0 years minimum experience.
- Certifications: RN licensure, BLS, ACLS.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 48 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include collecting relevant data, analyzing assessment data, developing and implementing care plans, and participating in discharge planning. Delegates duties appropriately and collaborates with patient, family, and healthcare team. Ensures compliance with safety and vaccination policies.
