Job Summary
The medical surgical with telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse position is based in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing patient care in a medical surgical unit with telemetry monitoring. The position starts on 10/13/2026 and concludes on 12/05/2026, with a schedule of 12-hour days. Previous experience in acute care is preferred, and clinical proficiency in telemetry is required.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: RN license in the state, 2-3 years of related work experience, CPR certification from the American Heart Association, ACLS certification from the American Heart Association, ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, and post-ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) care. CCRN certification is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: CCRN certification
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Epic experience required. All registered nurses are required to independently read and interpret their own strips as tele-technicians are not available on this unit. Testing for ECG/telemetry and medications is required during onboarding with a pass/fail result, with a score of 85% required to pass. Testing must be completed within 48 hours of confirmation, and there is no opportunity for remediation or re-sit. Test preparation using the provided study guides is recommended.
