Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and patient assessment skills
• Ability to provide effective care in a Medical-Surgical / Resource Pool setting
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Willingness to work scheduled weekends and holidays as assigned

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Complete assessments, monitor patient conditions, and report changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient care accurately and maintain high standards of charting
• Support patient education, recovery goals, and discharge planning
• Respond appropriately to changing priorities and patient needs throughout the shift
