Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing or Telemetry nursing experience required
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to care for a diverse adult patient population in a fast-paced inpatient setting
• Comfort working 12-hour day shifts with weekend and holiday rotation
• Current compliance and onboarding requirements must be completed prior to start

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate bedside nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret telemetry data, and communicate changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to the plan of care and facility protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
• Maintain a professional, team-oriented approach while adapting to unit needs
