A registered nurse specializing in Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) is needed in Winchester, VA. This role involves providing compassionate patient care within a busy acute care facility, with the flexibility to float between units as required.
Job Details
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE)
- Location: Winchester, VA
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Virginia State license or Compact license, minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry, previous travel experience, ability to float to other units, cardiac experience, experience working with Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM)
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Cardiac and higher-level Medical Surgical/Telemetry units
- Additional Information: Must be able to float to other units, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. No block scheduling will be accommodated. Candidate must have previous travel experience. The assignment duration is 13+ weeks with an option for one holiday off and weekend requirements every other week.
