Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse position in Ukiah, California. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care within a 50-bed acute care medical center, encompassing Level IV trauma services, intensive care nursery, outpatient procedures, and advanced wound care. The nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care, utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; acute care facility experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from approved vendor required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor required.
• Essential Functions: Collects relevant data pertinent to the patients health or situation; analyzes assessment data for diagnosis and care planning; develops and implements care plans; evaluates progress toward outcomes; collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members; provides patient education; participates in discharge planning; delegates duties appropriately; performs other related duties as assigned.
