Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand at time of submittal
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• Strong clinical skills in med/surg and telemetry care
• Ability to work half of scheduled weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify changes in patient condition promptly
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies safely and accurately
• Support patients with wound care, respiratory needs, mobility, and post-procedure recovery
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to promote excellent outcomes
• Document patient care in Epic with accuracy and efficiency
• Respond to clinical changes using strong assessment and critical thinking skills
