HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Tyler, Texas.
Job Description & Requirements

Patient ratio: 1:6
Charting: Epic
Floating: Required
Experience: 2 years preferred
Travel experience: Preferred
Unit Details
2 West C is a 14-room Med-Surg unit:
- 12 private rooms
- 2 semi-private rooms
- Maximum census: 16 patients
- Telemetry capability
- Primarily cares for patients with vascular disease
- Patient population ranges from young adults through geriatrics
- May also receive general Med-Surg and telemetry overflow patients
