Medical Surgical With Telemetry nursing position provides direct patient care in accordance with established healthcare policies, procedures, and protocols. The role coordinates multidisciplinary patient care, monitors patient conditions, supports discharge planning, and requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license with license verification; professional resume; two professional references; completed skills checklist.
• Additional Information: The role supports a 29-bed medical-surgical unit with some cardiac and telemetry patients. Navy or maroon scrubs are required. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, communicating patient conditions, carrying out physician and nursing orders, coordinating care across disciplines, and assisting with discharge planning.
