Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Orthopedic Surgical Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a clinical setting. This role demands strong expertise in orthopedic and trauma surgical procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and surgical support.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing orthopedic surgical procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the surgical environment.
- Deliver post-operative care and monitor patient recovery.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to implement care plans effectively.
- Educate patients and families on post-operative care and health management.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum 2 years of experience in orthopedic surgical nursing.
- Current RN license and necessary certifications.
- Strong work history with no gaps greater than 60 days in employment.
- Completion of a skills checklist, along with references and certification card required.
