Job Details

- Position: MAP RN Medical Surgical Floor
- Shift: Night shifts, 12 hours, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM, guaranteed 48 hours per week
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 48 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: WI Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association or American Red Cross, minimum of 2 years of experience including trauma level II preferred, EPIC charting experience, associate degree or certificate in nursing
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: Must have trauma level II experience. The unit primarily treats adult patients with respiratory, neurological, gastrointestinal, renal, infectious, and diabetic conditions. Typical patient ratios range from 1:4-5 during day shifts and 1:6-7 during nights. Candidates should demonstrate resilience, flexibility, ability to manage change, and a positive attitude. During flu season, declination of vaccination is not permitted unless wearing a mask at all times.
