Join a leading healthcare provider as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) in Dothan, AL. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic Med Surg environment, providing care to adult and geriatric patients. Enjoy the benefits of block scheduling with a day shift of 4x12 hours (07:00 - 19:00).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care to adults and geriatric populations.
• Manage a patient ratio of up to 1:6-7.
• Administer medications and IV drips, including cardizem, tridil, and amiodarone.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Active Alabama or Compact RN License required at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience is required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Must be proficient in administering IV drips.
• Radius Rule: No locals - 90 Mile Radius.
• No prior permanent positions in the last 10 years.
